Snake art prints, with tribal body pattern, illustrated by Nicola L Robinson
I’ve been busy working on some more scaly beasties of late and am very excited to finally be able to share them with you here on the Teeth and Claws blog! Snake prints.
I’ve been meaning to draw some snakes for ages, I’ve always liked them and I think they really fit my aesthetic and ongoing range of slightly dangerous, but beautiful animals, however I’m also very aware of the common phobia a lot of people have of snakes having grown up with family members affected by it, so I have hesitated somewhat in introducing them to my work. I obviously don’t want to stop people visiting my shop for any reason! (I promise I won’t be drawing any realistic looking spiders or angry snakes, haha)
I’ve tried to approach the snake as more of a tribal patterned design than a potentially threatening being, and I hope my snake prints reflect this. Snakes, though sometimes dangerous are still very beautiful creatures… Here are my snakes… one red and one green-

Silver Dragon Art Print by Nicola L Robinson
Today is April 23rd, St George’s Day! A Day for England, named after the Patron St- St George. Most people will have heard of St George via the old story – St George and the Dragon, where the Dragon meets a grisly end at the hands/spear/sword of St George, well there is none of that bloodshed here, just a lovely new dragon…
This fearsome Silver Dragon is my newest art print available in the Teeth and Claws shop- Dragon at Teeth and Claws

Badger illustrated art print by Nicola L Robinson | Teeth and Claws
I’ve been busy drawing in pen and ink again and conjured up this gruff little character… I’ve always loved badgers, they seem to have such personality. My badger is a bit grumpy, and doesn’t take kindly to being disturbed from reading his book. Who can blame him?
He is also available as a striking signed 10 x 8 inch print from my shop – Teeth and Claws. He gets on rather well with my Wise Owl too…
Wise Owl Pen and Ink illustrated print by Nicola L Robinson
Last year I did a series of pen and ink owl illustrations, one of my favourites was this imposing fellow- my monocled Eagle Owl! I’m excited to say he is now available from my little shop of beasties as a beautiful black and white art print. My owl print measures 8 by 10 inches in size. Prints are unframed and signed and dated on the reverse.
Hop on over to my shop to see more! Twit Twoooo….
Three Wise Monkeys by Nicola L Robinson | Teeth and Claws www.teethandclaws.co.uk
Monkeys… See no evil, hear no evil speak no evil. I illustrated a version of this a few years ago, and they hang in a little row in my hallway, but I’ve always had the idea of making them available as prints, and they have been on my to do list for Teeth and Claws shop for some time, so here they are. The Three Wise Monkeys, v2.0, illustrated by me and now available as a set of 3 5 x 7″ prints from my shop…

All dragons are housetrained and (mostly) harmless. Unsure as of yet how they may get on with existing pets and very small children.
